What is an SPF claim?
SPF stands for Seller Protection Fund — the marketplace-side dispute channel that reimburses sellers when a return arrives damaged, empty, or wrong-item and the fault sits with the buyer or the transit lane. Each marketplace runs its own SPF flow (Myntra PPMP, AJIO's return-claim portal, Meesho SAFE, and so on). TrackVid automates filing across all of them.
How does the 30-60 second flow actually work?
You search the Order ID inside TrackVid, pick the claim reason from the marketplace-specific dropdown, and hit submit. That's the seller's part — usually under a minute. TrackVid then logs into the marketplace portal, files the ticket, uploads the video, and returns the reference number to your dashboard.
Which marketplaces are live today?
Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Meesho and Snapdeal are live in production. Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Delhivery and Xpressbees are actively in build — early access is available on request during the demo.
Do I need to give TrackVid my marketplace passwords?
Credentials are stored encrypted at rest and used only for automated filing. Wherever a marketplace supports OAuth or a partner API (like Snapdeal), TrackVid uses that instead. Access can be revoked from your dashboard at any time.
What if a claim is rejected by the marketplace?
TrackVid captures the rejection reason and surfaces it in your dashboard with a one-click re-file option. Because the packing video is already order-linked, most rejections are re-openable with additional metadata — no starting over.
