What does Myntra ask for before an SPF claim?
Myntra Seller Support's help centre lists these rules for sellers. Each one is from Myntra's own notice, read 24 Oct 2026.
VMS and Tag Loop are mandatory
VMS (Video Management System) and Tag Loop adoption are mandatory for all SPF claims. Claims raised without them are rejected.
Raise SPF claims in Partner Portal only
SPF claims must be raised only through the SPF tab in Partner Portal, under Services, then Seller Protection Fund.

Myntra VMS is the video management system Myntra requires for Seller Protection Fund claims. Myntra Seller Support says VMS and Tag Loop adoption are mandatory for all SPF claims, that claims raised without them are rejected, and that SPF claims are raised only through the SPF tab in Partner Portal.

Why it matters. Myntra rejects SPF claims raised without VMS and Tag Loop, and a valid claim still has to be raised inside its window and followed up. How do Myntra sellers use Myntra VMS and TrackVid together?

How does TrackVid keep your Myntra account in your control?
- TrackVid files only through your own seller portal access. You agree to it at onboarding, it is used only to file and track claims, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Your videos stay in your TrackVid account, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over HTTPS. Only your own users can open them, by the roles you set.
- Each video is deleted when its retention period ends.
