TrackVid was born out of a real problem faced by e-commerce sellers every day — fake return claims, missing inventory, and marketplace disputes with no evidence to win.

We watched fashion brands in Surat lose lakhs every month to fraudulent returns on AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart — not because they were wrong, but because they had no proof. CCTV footage existed but couldn't be linked to specific orders. Claims were filed manually and lost automatically.

Himanshu Vasani

Driving e-commerce growth through AI-powered video proof and automation solutions.

Himanshu is a full-stack engineer and entrepreneur based in Surat, Gujarat. With a background in software development and a deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, he co-founded TrackVid to solve a problem he saw firsthand, sellers losing lakhs in fake return and dispute claims with no proof.

He leads product, sales, and business development at TrackVid, and has built the platform from zero to 1,000+ sellers across AJIO, Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Snapdeal.

Jaimish Patel

Turning complex ideas into scalable, reliable technology products.

Jaimish started his engineering career at Infosys, where he built a foundation in enterprise systems and large-scale architecture. He went on to work at Resonant Cloud Solutions and Tricon Infotech before co-founding WhiteStone Infotech, which he has grown into a 50+ engineer team delivering products globally.

He co-founded TrackVid to build India's first video-based proof infrastructure for global e-commerce sellers and leads all technical architecture, product engineering, and platform scalability across the group.
