UniCapture
UniCapture is the video management module of Unicommerce's Uniware platform. It records packing and return videos inside the Uniware app and links each one to an AWB, a shipping package code or a sale order code. It launched in 2025.

Why it matters. Claims are won or lost at the packing table. A start button and a dropdown add steps to every parcel, and each extra step is a chance to skip one. A two-minute default can cut off a bulky or multi-item pack, and those are often the parcels that end up in a dispute.
